Fabricated Hues: Relativity and the Tapestry of Perception

As part of a series of events programmed within the exhibition centrifugal plots by Wilder Alison, KAJE presents LA based artist Sam Rowell performing Fabricated Hues: Relativity and the Tapestry of Perception, a night of analog sound and light exploring themes of electromagnetic radiation and the cosmos—where Rowell literally plays the material of light and sound, bouncing photons off the walls to explore specific frequencies of visible light, and vibrations within the human range of hearing.

The collaboration between Alison and Rowell was provoked by KAJE in an attempt to strike overtones between consonant media, and propagate potentials for conceptual cross-pollination between the respective practices.
